This Privacy Policy explains how Delivery.gi (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. We are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Gibraltar, Licence No. BL151839.

1. Who we are

2. The information we collect

Order & contact details — your name, mobile number, email address and delivery/collection address.
Order information — the items you ask us to buy, product links, prices, currency and fulfilment choice (delivery or collection).
Verification data — a one-time code sent to your mobile via WhatsApp to confirm your number.
Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider (Revolut). We do not store your full card details.

3. How we use your information

To take, process and deliver your order (including buying the item on your behalf and clearing Gibraltar tax & customs).
To verify your mobile number and contact you about your order (including WhatsApp confirmations and tracking).
To take payment and issue refunds where applicable.
To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
To keep records, prevent fraud/abuse and meet our legal obligations.
Marketing — we do not send marketing or promotional messages. We only contact you in connection with your order (for example, mobile verification, order updates, and delivery).

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order), where you have given consent (e.g. mobile verification and any marketing), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with:

Payment processing — Revolut, to take card payment.
Messaging — our WhatsApp messaging provider (Respond.io) to send verification and order updates.
Retailers / suppliers — e.g. Amazon and other stores, to purchase and deliver your item to our warehouse.
Delivery partners — East Gate Express Services Ltd (our own delivery and last-mile operation).
Product data — our catalogue/search provider (SerpApi).
Authorities where required by law.

We do not transfer your personal data outside Gibraltar.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements. Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, contact orders@delivery.gi. You also have the right to complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA), Gibraltar's data protection regulator.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including securing payment through our provider and limiting who can access your information.
